Kasca’s love for cooking began at just seven years old, standing beside her grandmother in the kitchen, mesmerized as she transformed simple ingredients into extraordinary meals. With no need for measuring cups—just instinct and experience—her grandmother perfected every dish with a pinch of this and a dash of that. By the age of 11, Kasca had taken over the family kitchen, bringing loved ones together over warm, home-cooked meals.
That early passion only grew stronger. Over the years, Kasca has refined her culinary skills, blending tradition with creativity to bring the rich, bold flavors of the Caribbean to life. Little Hands, Big Flavors was born from her desire to share more than just recipes—it’s about fostering connection, building confidence, and celebrating culture through the art of cooking.
